RE: Invitation to Attend the 2010 RNC Women’s Summit
I am pleased to inform you that you have been nominated by Sue Everhart, your State Chairman, to attend the Second Annual RNC Women’s Summit on Thursday, May 13, 2010 from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm at the J.W. Marriott, 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, D.C. 20004 as a representative from Georgia. You were nominated because you are an active woman in your community – perhaps a campaign veteran, reliable volunteer or a new supporter who is looking to get involved with the GOP. Following the Summit, we will count on you to continue your participation with the RNC Women’s Program as we aim to recruit, register, train and sustain a strong base of women activists and candidates to build the Republican Party, portray the GOP as the automatic option for female voters and win elections.
The 2010 RNC Women’s Summit will welcome women from across the country that have been nominated by RNC Members or Republican elected officials in their states. The Summit will feature prominent Republican elected officials, media personalities and policy experts as well as hands-on training and interactive workshops. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to network with Republican women from across the United States as we approach what is sure to be an exciting and pivotal election cycle.
Although the Summit is free of charge, lodging and incidentals will be the responsibility of the individual attendees. Lunch and snacks will be provided during the Summit. We are holding rooms at a discounted rate at two area hotels for your convenience. Please see the attached flyer for more information.
Please visit http://www.gop.com/2010RNCSummitRegistration to register online for the Summit or return the attached Registration Form to the RNC Co-Chairman’s Office at your earliest convenience. I look forward to seeing you in Washington, D.C. on May 13. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact Amy Paridy in my office with any questions at 202-863-8545 or gopwomen@gop.com or visit us online at RNCwomen.com.
