Afternoon workshop by Sue Everhart -- Sessions at 2:15 p.m. and 4 p.m.
Campaigns: Why Women Don't Get Elected

Every woman who has a desire to run for office but for various reasons has not, needs to attend this session. Through a speech titled "WIN (Women in Numbers)," Everhart will address what women can accomplish when they work together in plural. "The sky is the limit," Everhart says. "We can take control."

Left: Peggy Green and Ruby Robinson, Republican women of Georgia, enter the room where Sue is conducting her workshop.

Tonya Boga and Emma Hinesley of Georgia attend the first workshop session.

Scenes from around the room. These women really got into the spirit of the message . . .  Altogether about 400 women attended this workshop.

A number of federation presidents and representatives who attended Sue's workshop have invited her to come to their states (including Alaska!) and speak to their members on this same topic. Many thanks to Sue for a fantastic job at the convention!
