Dear GGRW members and friends

Two items for your attention:

We need some volunteers to help with registration for the District 7 Convention on April 19. GGRW has the opportunity to take on this challenge. Please e-mail me or call me to volunteer (pegmurray@bellsouth.net or 770-962-9540)
Also, our forum/debate between the challengers for the Gwinnett county Commission Chairman is slated for May 5. You don’t want to miss this. We will be having our final planning meeting at our next regularly scheduled Club meeting on April 14 at the GJAC in Lawrenceville, Conference Room A. Please bring a question that we might use to address the candidates at this forum. These questions should address issues facing Gwinnett County and should not favor one candidate over another.

Guest speakers for April 14 meeting:
Senator Renee Unterman and Rep. Donna Sheldon will give us a session wrap up from the 2008 GA Senate and the GA House.
Please bring suggestions for topics and speakers for future GGRW meetings. Your input is appreciated.

2. Updates on the Republican National Convention 2008 by our GA National
    Committeewoman, Linda Herren www.lindaherren.net
3. News from our District Convention and our upcoming GA GOP State Convention
    in May.
4. Updates and news from the National Federation of Republican Women Board of
    Directors Meetings in Washington, D.C.including the 70th Anniversary event in
    Chicago, IL.
5. Forums for Republican candidates for various elected offices preceding our
    November elections.

    Please bring your suggestions for meeting topics and speakers to the April 14
    meeting at the GJAC.

    Stay informed! Join us for future meetings - second Monday of each month
    except for May 5, 2008
