► Legislative Update: Special Session Wrap-Up

Wednesday the Special Session of the Legislature ended. New maps for Georgia's 14 Con- gressional district passed and await Governor Deal's signature. The statewide view of the new Congressional maps is here and a breakout of metro Atlanta is here. Maps for the State House and State Senate passed and have been signed into law. These maps will take effect in January of 2013. If you use Google Earth, you can download these maps in KML format and see them in greater detail. Read more
