Dear DiaryTuesday, August 31, was filled with so many wonderful events that it was impossible to participate in all of them. The highlight of the afternoon was the Governor's Tribute to the Georgia Delegation at the Lighthouse at picturesque Chelsea Piers. Governor and Mary Perdue were delightful hosts, and the entire delegation was treated to delicious food, drink, speeches, fun and fellowship in a memorable setting with panoramic views of the shoreline of New York City.
